Strassbourg
Capital and principal city of the Alsace région in France. Strasbourg is the seat of the Council of Europe and the European Court of Human Rights and it hosts the seat of the European Parliament. Pictures taken with Canon EOS-300 in june 2003, scanned with a Fuji SP-2000.
